Fixed C# sample, added docs - megamarc - 09-05-2017
This is a small release update in GitHub and Windows packages:
* Windows install.bat: added copy of required dll files to C# samples folder. Itch.io files updated for download
* Fixed C# sample, a proper solution container (.sln file) was missing. Added one with default options that run out of the box
* GitHub: added /doc folder with markdown sources, work in progress with the C API
* Website: the "Documentation" section contains the full table of contents, sections 1 to part of 6, and 17 are online
